Delivery Times


Delivery times are usually next day for delivery to Republic of Ireland, 7-10 working days for the UK & all other European countries once the item has left our store.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our carriers. Therefore, all orders placed from midday Thursday or from Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Anything ordered from midday Friday up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Delivery is Free for all orders over €50.00 within Republic of Ireland.

For orders under €50.00 to Republic of Ireland we charge a flat fee of €5.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.


Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form included with your delivery, return the unworn items in the condition supplied within 10 days of purchase. Customers must also return the receipt provided as proof of purchase. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Exceptions

In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

• Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.

• Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.

• Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.

You will receive your refund, credit or exchange (if the item is in stock) within 10 working days after we have received the goods, unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.

Please ensure your name, address and contact number are clearly visible on the return form. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Please note that you must return or exchange your purchased item within 10 days after receiving your order.
